1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

- Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Provide a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with the next steps.
If approved, we will issue a replacement or provide an exchange, depending on availability.
3. Return Eligibility & Process
Returns are only accepted in cases where a product is deemed damaged or defective. If your return is approved:
- We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a denied return.
4. Refund Policy
Since all sales are final, we do not issue refunds unless a replacement is unavailable. In such cases:
